So far, everything's going in the right direction! The engine's progression is going smoothly, story's getting made, sprites and concept art being drawn, the works!

I'm positive that eventually I'll achieve my vision: an action packed 2.5D FPS with RPG and building elements, coated with a blast processed 16 bit layer of paint of good measure.

As for what the final product will look like, look no further than Star Cruiser for the Sega genesis, but with slightly better visuals and 30 FPS. As for inspiration, that would be Doom and Phantasy Star. Thanks for the read if you read this.
